A fire broke out at a building belonging to the Russian Space Research Institute, a specialized research institute, near Moscow, according to TASS. The fire started inside the building, and firefighting units rushed to the scene to control the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby buildings. The official causes of the fire and the extent of the damage have not been announced yet.
اندلع حريق اليوم الأربعاء في مبنى تابع لمعهد للأبحاث المتخصصة في العلوم الفضائية بالقرب من العاصمة الروسية موسكو وفق ما أفادت به وكالة الأنباء الروسية TASS في حادث استدعى استجابة عاجلة من فرق الطوارئ والدفاع المدني الروسية.
وذكرت الوكالة أن الحريق شب داخل المبنى بينما سارعت وحدات الإطفاء والإنقاذ إلى موقع الحادث للسيطرة على النيران ومنع امتدادها إلى المباني والمنشآت المجاورة في وقت لم تعلن فيه السلطات الروسية حتى الآن الأسباب الرسمية وراء اندلاع الحريق أو حجم الخسائر الناتجة عنه. انقطاع واسع للتيار الكهربائي في تل أبيب.. فما السبب. بعد استهداف سفينة النفط السعودية..
أسعار البترول ترتفع عالميا. ووفق المعلومات الأولية تواصل أجهزة الطوارئ عمليات الإخماد والتأمين داخل الموقع بالتزامن مع إجراء تقييم شامل للأضرار فيما لم تصدر أي بيانات رسمية تؤكد وقوع إصابات أو وفيات جراء الحادث حتى لحظة إعداد هذا الخبر. كما لم تعلن الجهات المختصة ما إذا كان الحريق قد أثر على الأنشطة البحثية أو المعدات العلمية الموجودة داخل المعهد.
ويأتي الحادث في ظل استمرار السلطات الروسية في تشديد إجراءات السلامة داخل المنشآت العلمية والصناعية خاصة تلك التي تضم تجهيزات تقنية متقدمة أو مواد قابلة للاشتعال حيث تُفتح عادةً تحقيقات فنية لتحديد أسباب الحرائق ومدى الالتزام باشتراطات الأمن الصناعي. ومن المتوقع أن تصدر وزارة الطوارئ الروسية أو الجهات المحلية المختصة بيانًا رسميًا خلال الساعات المقبلة يتضمن تفاصيل أوفى بشأن ملابسات الحريق وحجم الأضرار ونتائج التحقيقات الأولية إلى جانب أي معلومات تتعلق بسلامة العاملين داخل المنشأة.
