PKR president Anwar Ibrahim says he has Dr Mahathir Mohamad of his support.
Anwar urged PH members to respect the consensus that was agreed upon in January 2018, adding that he had already given Mahathir his assurance that he would support the prime minister during his tenure. “So we should respect the decision so that it happens peacefully and orderly,” he said in a statement today.
It also criticised Mahathir and the Cabinet, saying there was nothing to be proud of in the past 20 months that the prime minister had led the country.
